Misplaced entities don’t believe in this contrived design for living any more than Christians. Non-followers lack requisite humility; waste their lives wallowing in fancy, intently chasing a chimera. Division among populations implies judgment holds sway over facts, or intelligence. Who possesses authoritative judgment, respecting any matter? Revelation is of the Lord, the solitary Judge. God—in His inscrutable wisdom—does not favor the Christian perfectly regarding particular knowledge. Billions of converts place varying degrees of faith in political leaders alongside those unregenerate.
Adonai executing His comprehensive arrangement, exploiting malevolence; quashing it with benevolence.
Genesis 45:7 (Blessed Joseph—a type of Christ—puts the matter plainly before his brethren)
7 And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.
Genesis 50:20
20 But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.
God’s glory reigns supreme of which emancipation derives.
Isaiah 48:9-12
9 For my name’s sake will I defer mine anger, and for my praise will I refrain for thee, that I cut thee not off.
10 Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.
11 For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another.
12 Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.
Who counsels almighty God? (absurd—the thought is monstrous).
Obstinance results in pure whimsy; awe-inspiring mendacity blossoms spreading counterfeit faith in selected mortals producing manifold, plagiarized schemes to “put the world right.” Mediocrities by quality exercise bare functions. Indulge amusements wildly abandoning anxieties to serpentine idols allegedly capable of devising original grandeur in a fallen world rife with wicked crusaders—what a lie! This is a fallacy every convert is intimately familiar. Called into being yet born in turpitude. An ensuing interval the length of which is known only to God; in the fullness of time comes revelation. So, Christians correlate with both aspects of existence, while those without inimitable Grace stand skew whiff, misaligned with cardinal reality. Still, a mixed multitude coexist illustrated in Matthew 13:24-30:
24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.
30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
So many clusters of entities insist on making their exercises famous; increasingly plying to central rule for universal sanction, inevitably dragging in everybody else. There is a widespread view that oppression persists at every intersection (life analogous to trudging through a minefield, each step auguring intense anguish or even death). Idols in their own comedy. Relentless babbling, shedding hollow tears; feigning pursuit by a terrible specter verging on a guiltless soul. Appropriate, except there are no virtuous people. As Truth draws near, faint hearts proportionately seek salvation through social government.
We pray constantly while the central fact remains lost on others (there are unique forms of appeal, thank God). Therefore, whatever the Supreme Court determines regarding worship possesses no bearing.
Leviticus 26:36-37
36 And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.
37And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.
2 Thessalonians 2:1-3
1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
3Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
Witness all peoples having God-given conscience floundering, kicking against the pricks as the Sword of Truth draws ever nigh. Gender confusion, marked savagery, sex-provoking tutelage, public surveillance, government censure—all pretenses; holding down the truth in unrighteousness.
Never meant to remain permanent, the late court decisions covered a two-fold strategy composed of an immediate and remote prospect. The near target: division amongst the hordes (this is always desirable). The remote engenders animosity towards individuals espousing Christian principles. Self-proclaimed luminaries surmised professing Christians placed at a disadvantage (by abjuring school worship, for instance) would not harass their challengers; however, we cannot draw the same conclusion otherwise, and this is the case. In an article concerning the court’s rule to allow a coach to hold voluntary prayer, the author stated she was “absolutely terrified” by the verdict and referred to the theological practice as “indoctrination.” If one thinks to rely profoundly on human institutions, I can grasp her feelings (albeit there is an eccentric note of hyperbole in her statements. Any person experiencing authentic terror as they commute between home, school, work, and the grocery store, particularly in the United States, belongs in a psychiatric ward). Here we have a perfect specimen: typical eggshell personality type. A bright spark prepared to enter the workforce (a manager perhaps), take part in referendums, engage in marriage and family life—a model American.
During the decades after the court abjured school prayer and embraced abortion, Dominionists established their cause; forged groups like the Morale Majority, so-called Christian Right sprang from the earth. Sham opportunists posing as religious leaders capitalized on the fervor by pioneering mega churches composed of indistinct throngs marching to a mellifluous beat; jamming the breach—perpetrating an obnoxious social-religious charade.
So, the court’s resolutions tempted, enabled inherently weak individuals/groups to divert from true orthodoxy and enter, rely on the politics to further their cause. Christian doctrine does not reinforce this, however. Scripture nowhere says humanity can govern itself—quite the contrary. Legislating Christianity is unutterably absurd! Salvation from a condemned world versus escaping into it. French political scientist, philosopher Alexis de Tocqueville predicted in 1835, “American citizens may remain passive spectators than dependent actors in schemes which they are unacquainted.” Normalities, blinded by comfort, invariably overlook certain improprieties perpetrated by their benefactors. The thirty-two trillion dollar national debt, for example. Global pornography, of which sixty percent originates from the United States (ninety percent produced in Los Angeles and San Diego). Scandalous items ranking low on our list of concerns; pale compared to certain so-called rights.
Survival transmogrified: fending for oneself, owing nobody, answering to no one, all thrown overboard in favor of paying for services, perpetual indebtedness, and responding to others. The citizenry beams with pride, having sold essential liberty for trite conveniences. Money has put the zap on people’s heads. Proprietors fall over backwards to please, of course—don’t take it personally.
Approaching final judgment elicits two harried responses: A segment of people increasingly looking to their own kind (human administration). An alternative fragment intensifying their indiscretions. Both relate to blatant defiance of God. Not troubled nor surprised by these antics, as Scripture plainly reveals them to us—Thank God!
