Inclusion Spells Intrusion

Romans 1:20

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

In the battle for conscience, apt shame is receding. Is there any shame among the estimated eighty million democratic voters of 2020? Salient achievements: aid to Afghanistan, intensified border insecurity, glorification of homosexual marriage, a historic budget deficit, and two unnerving presidential nominations (HHS, and Atomic Energy Department). We’re only partway into this term. The electorate’s judgement is in question. Secondary is the president’s capacity—along with executive, congressional, state department cohorts. Nary a word from the faithful continuing as before; there is no exact standard pertaining to regulatory performance outside meeting the simple needs of citizens. As to higher things, masses are oblivious.

The will of the living, true God: Christians planted; given ample understanding while those outside the grace of God waft, moved by the proverbial wind sans awareness; subject to what must feel like a fierce, mysterious force. Oh, to have craven fear turned into reverential and prosper rather than cleave unto death! I hate seeing masses booted around by Lucifer and his ruthless mob. To Lucifer and his perfidious host, defiling souls is like playing with marbles!

Proper shame abandoned in favor of legislative approval nigh on everything that may go against conscience. People remaining stable trampled by fitful mobs hell-bent on spanning the threshold of public corruption. Pit gates flung wide; iniquity traded on the cheap. Once vigorous society worn down by ease.

Free speech lauded as the ideal. However, analysis distinguishes private and public. Not everything revealed in confidence is appropriate for public consumption. Therefore, we may abstain certain exercises in public, for we become indebted to others.

There is a central code of conduct practiced in private spaces and public squares. Emphasis on the revered document of 1789 is disproportionate—the principle of free speech did not originate in 18th century America. Radical attempts to legislate, foster certain private behaviors and attitudes (exalting them in public spheres) are the vogue, or “craze.” A one size fits all mentality working to abolish conscience altogether. Dishonor lives in private, yet individuals are free to rebuff it. Ill repute abides in public where not all consent, hence, legislation to subvert those with conscience—suppress dispute.

Whence the intuitive sense of right and wrong?

Romans 2:14-16

For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:

Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)

In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.

Individual groups have long declared/exercised certain beliefs in private while the shadow of disgrace hovered outside. Let’s be clear: natural sexual activities remained restricted in old-time even among slaves and masters. Not so in today’s milieu. Natural and aberrant sexual practices gleefully released into the open air; crowd’s delight as if watching butterflies take flight for the first time. Or, like watering weeds; glorying as they increase, overshadow the landscape with revulsive pride.

“Pride” in absolute terms proves false. We may assume a level of pride in various achievements. DNA (chromosomes) determine gender, and this is an endowment, not an achievement, however.

1 Corinthians 4:7 For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?

Gender alterations promise a lifestyle of denial concerning one’s true self. Still, legislation enjoins others to maintain by the same falsehood. Thus, absolute truth is no more. A stilled conscience rests in peace.

“Pride” of one’s ethnicity parallels the same argument. Hitherto, those of darker hues ordinarily declined rioting amid abject discrimination and still flourished (with sincere efforts from others). Scions of European descent regularly committed frightful acts when angered by supposed threats from “darkies.” Today, we have heirs of African descent perpetrating abysmal displays of angst. Also, an indelible racial slur flies from the tongues of ‘blacks’ rather than ‘whites.’ So, we have perplexing role swaps. Individuals of faint African descent howling in agony over alleged intolerance would do well to acquaint themselves with the 1920s for proper perspective, which is lacking. It is befitting a child to retreat towards a “safe place.” Such notions, conversely, are incompatible with mature adults testing the real whirld.

Whence these collective drifts?

2 Thessalonians 2:7-12

For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Why such great salvation?

Isaiah 48:9-11

For my names sake will I deferre mine anger, and for my praise will I refraine for thee, that I cut thee not off.

Behold, I haue refined thee, but not with siluer; I haue chosen thee in the fornace of affliction.

For mine owne sake, euen for mine owne sake will I doe it; for how should my Name bee polluted? And I will not giue my glory vnto another.
