Trance

Loneliness, despair – no one seems to care

About truth within – living a life of sin

Breaking me – need to be free

From the incumbent grasp – an unyielding task

To carry on – a life in chains

Deceit and plunder bringing me under

In dark seas a message of faith

Death draws near – I am riddled with fear

To kneel before Our God and answer to it all

Our Lord Takes hold as it is told

Saving Grace – I am welcomed in
